2024 Bankfront Barn Rental
July through Mid September
$175/3 hours for party-30 additional minutes to set up/30 additional minutes to clean up.
Payment of $75 cash or check is required to save the date at booking time.
Each additional hour is $50.
Rental includes The Bankfront Barn, no other buildings.
Time arrangements must be made in advance and a contract between the parties must be signed and followed.
The farm closes and all guests must depart from the farm by 8:00 PM. Therefore, all parties must end promptly before or by 7:30 PM
Mid September through October (fall season)
$125/2 hours for party-30 additional minutes to set up/30 additional minutes to clean up. Each additional hour is $50.
Payment of $125 building rental is due at time of booking.
All guests coming to the farm for events must purchase an admission ticket for $7 (discounted price for rental groups only). No exceptions. Details on admission tickets are available on the front page of our website. Tickets for add on activities can be purchased at the farm: $4 pumpkin painting, $2 pine cone craft, $15 make your own scarecrow and more.
Groups may bring their own food. No roasters, percolators, Keurigs, or coffee pots. Fire pit with firewood and roasting sticks included.
Reservations arrangements must be made in advance and an event sheet will be completed. It must be signed/acknowledged and returned.
The farm closes at 8:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Guests must depart from the farm by 8:00 pm. Therefore, all parties must end promptly before or by 7:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The farm closes at 6:00 pm on Sundays. Guests must depart the farm by 6:00 pm. Therefore, all parties must end before 5:30 pm on Sundays. NOTE: This is the only building available for rent during fall season
2024 Farmhouse at Sweetapple Rental
The Farmhouse rental is available for rent in all months EXCEPT – May, June, mid September, October.
