2026 Rentals
July through Mid September
Bankfront Barn or Kestermeier Cattle Barn
ï‚· $175/3 hours for party-30 additional minutes to set up/30 additional minutes to clean up. Each additional hour is $50.
ï‚· Deposit Payment of $75 cash or check is required to save the date at booking time (this amount goes towards total payment).
ï‚· Time arrangements must be made in advance and a contract between the parties must be signed and followed.
ï‚· Pets are not permitted on farm grounds.
ï‚· The farm closes and all guests must depart from the farm by 6:00 PM. Therefore, all parties must end promptly before or by 5:30 PM
Mid September through October (fall season) – all rental guests are required to pay admission, details below
Bankfront Barn and Fire Pit Payment of $125 building rental is due at time of booking, after the event reservation is signed/returned. Includes seating for 125 plus, 12 -6 ft and 8ft tables, 3 tables for food, wooden benches forn seating, also electricity for crock pot plus in. An estimate of guests is required at booking time.
Charles and John Machine Shed and Garden Fire Pit Payment of $95 rental is due at time of booking, after the event reservation is signed/returned. Includes tables for seating of an event up to 65 guests, 2 tables for food and electricity for crock pot plug in. If more guests guest seating… fire pit has an additional 2 picnic tables and 4 benches, not included in the building table count. An estimate of guests is required at booking time.
Charles and John Machine Shed only Payment of $80 rental is due at time of booking, after the event reservation is signed/returned. Includes tables for seating of an event 25 to 65 guests, 2 tables for food, estimate of guests is required at booking time.
Garden Fire Pit Only (no shelter) Payment of $40 rental is due at time of booking, after the event reservation is signed/returned.Includes two eight food picnic tables and 4 benches around the firepit, and additional table may be added at booking time.

All guests coming to the farm for events must purchase an admission ticket for $7 (discounted price for rental groups only). No exceptions. Details on admission tickets are available on the front page of our website. Tickets for add on activities can be purchased at the farm: $4 hayride, $4 pumpkin painting, $2 pine cone craft, $15 make your own scarecrow (includes tax) and more.
ï‚· Groups may bring their own food if they are renting a building. No roasters, percolators, Keurigs, or coffee pots. Fire pit rental includes firewood and roasting sticks..
ï‚· Pets are not permitted on farm grounds.
ï‚· Reservations arrangements must be made in advance and an event reservation sheet will be emailed. It must be signed/acknowledged and returned.
 The farm closes at 7pm on Saturdays and 6pm Sundays. Event areas close 30 minutes prior to the farm’s closing time.
