Rentals – Host an Event

2025 Bankfront Barn Rental

July through Mid September
 $175/3 hours for party-30 additional minutes to set up/30 additional minutes to clean up.
 Payment of $75 cash or check is required to save the date at booking time.
 Each additional hour is $50.
 Rental includes The Bankfront Barn, no other buildings.
 Time arrangements must be made in advance and a contract between the parties must be signed and followed.
 Pets are not permitted in the farmhouse or on farm grounds.
 The farm closes and all guests must depart from the farm by 6:00 PM. Therefore, all parties must end promptly before or by 5:30 PM

Mid September through October (fall season)
 $125/2 hours for party-30 additional minutes to set up/30 additional minutes to clean up. Each additional hour is $50.
 Payment of $125 building rental is due at time of booking.
 All guests coming to the farm for events must purchase an admission ticket for $7 (discounted price for rental groups only). No exceptions. Details on admission tickets are available on the front page of our website. Tickets for add on activities can be purchased at the farm: $4 pumpkin painting, $2 pine cone craft, $15 make your own scarecrow (includes tax) and more.
 Groups may bring their own food if they are renting a building. No roasters, percolators, Keurigs, or coffee pots. Fire pit with firewood and roasting sticks included.
 Pets are not permitted in the farmhouse or on farm grounds.
 Reservations arrangements must be made in advance and an event sheet will be completed. It must be signed/acknowledged and returned.
 The farm closes at 7pm on Saturdays and 6pm Sundays. Event areas close 30 minutes prior to the farm’s closing time.
 Fall Season – Garden Fire Pit
 Available during weekends Sept. 20 to Oct. 25 during our open hours. Reservations arrangements must be made in advance and an event sheet will be completed, signed, and returned. Perfect for groups 10 to 20 people. Includes two eight food picnic tables, 4 benches around the fire pit, firewood and roasting sticks. Payment of $40 for 3 hour rental due at time of booking. The first twenty guests will be a special price $7 admission each, more than 20 people, the admission price is $8 for each additional guest. The total admission must be paid as a group the day of your event.

2025 Farmhouse at Sweetapple Rental

The Farmhouse rental is available for rent in all months EXCEPT – May, June, mid September, October.
 $175/3 hours for party. We provide 30 additional minutes to set up/30 additional minutes to clean up.
 $75 deposit required to save the date at booking time.
 Each additional hour is $50.
 Rental includes The Farmhouse at Sweetapple, guests are asked not to enter other buildings or animal area at the farm.
 Time arrangements must be made in advance and a contract between the parties must be signed and followed.
