| Come relax for a night, the weekend, or even a week at Sweetapple Farm! The farmhouse was built in the 1850s and has the same character as the old days with modern services and updates. We also host baby showers, teas or other informal events most of the year! 2024 Farmhouse at Sweetapple Rental for overnight stay The Farmhouse rental is not available for rent May, June or mid September through end of October. $150 for overnight stay for 2 guests, $175 for 4 guests. Each guest over 4 is $10 per night. Pets are not permitted in the farmhouse or on farm grounds. Check in 4 pm and check out 11 am the next day. Towels and sheets provided. Rental includes The Farmhouse at Sweetapple, guests are asked not to enter other buildings or animal area at the farm. Time arrangements must be made in advance and a contract between the parties must be signed and followed. Contact us for a tour of the farmhouse and for more details. 2024 Farmhouse at Sweetapple Rental for Events (baby showers, bridal showers, etc.) The Farmhouse rental is not available for rent May, June, mid September through end of October. $175/3 hours for party. We provide 30 additional minutes to set up/30 additional minutes to clean up. $75 deposit required to save the date at booking time. Each additional hour is $50.
