2024 Wedding information
Please read all information to help answer most questions and understand what we can offer for your special day. Please note: Alcohol is not permitted at the farm. We do not do weddings during our fall season (Mid-September through October). All weddings must obtain an event insurance policy. An example is www.markelinsuresfun.com/products/event. The cost is $75 on their site.
Rental payments – Deposit and payment schedule based on choices made. If paying with credit card, a 3% usage fee is applied.

| Wedding/Engagement Photo Session Only Your wedding photos can be at the farm. Up to 20 people includes the wedding party, photographer and assistants. 2 hour limit. |
| Wedding Ceremony Only – Choice 1 1 Barn Saturday enter farm 8 am. All items removed and cleaned, depart by 5 pm. |

Included Items & Ideas For Your Day
| Kestermeier Cattle Barn | This building is approximately 80×50. Seating can fit ~200 at tables with a dance floor and food lines. |
| Bankfront Barn | This building is approximately 32×40. Row seating can fit 140. Table seating can fit ~100. |
| Seating & Tables | At the farm we have white tables (8’ and 6’) with wooden benches, as well as colorful chairs. There are plenty for your event. Complete details and numbers given upon at time of tour. |
| Classic Gardens | Our expanded garden areas are fun to smell, touch and just admire! From rock tables and benches to rock paths and arbors, there are lots of special places to have a picnic, take pictures or even just relax. The gardens have been planned to provide color and interest almost all year. |
| Parking | Our main parking is below the farm with gravel lanes. This will hold 210 vehicles for large events. An additional 60 vehicles will fit face-in along our 500+ foot driveway, and even more along our new entrance drive if necessary. |
| Dates & Times | Available July until mid September. Most weddings do a rehearsal at the farm on Friday and wedding/reception on Saturday. Other choices are available. Dates are on a first come, first serve basis. |
| Our Partners | We highly recommend using these vendors for your wedding. There is no requirement to use a vendor. These vendors are local and have done many events at the farm. |

All events at Sweetapple Farm must conclude by 10:00 pm. Cleanup can happen after the event. Day after clean-up is extra and must be completed by 12pm (noon). We expect tables, benches and other items to be returned to their original location after your event.
